After recent mesa,, ffmpeg, and vukan updates, mpv no longer works on my
system running head (n286199-96256587b06c), mpv no longer works. The
display flickers back and forth between frames and generates
continual errors of:
[vo/gpu-next/libplacebo] vkQueueSubmit2: VK_ERROR_UNKNOWN
(../src/vulkan/command.c:533)
I tried playing with vlc and it plays correctly, but with lots of error
messages:
[000000004a0726e0] chain filter error: Too high level of recursion (3)
[000000004a072360] main filter error: Failed to create video converter
[above lines repeated about 52 times]
[000000004a001560] main vout display error: Failed to adapt decoder format
to display
[0000000040a76060] main video output error: video output creation failed
[000000004006f760] main decoder error: failed to create video output

[h264 @ 0x40071300] no frame!

[h264 @ 0x40070f80] thread_get_buffer() failed
[h264 @ 0x40070f80] no frame!
[h264 @ 0x40071300] get_buffer() failed
[h264 @ 0x40071300] thread_get_buffer() failed
[h264 @ 0x40071300] no frame!

From that point, the video plays properly.

It is not obvious to me which port is hte source of hte error. is failing.
The failure started within the past two weeks.

Has anyone else seen this? I really don't want to submit a bug report until
I am reasonable sure that I am submitting to the right place.
