I do not know if it is related to the panic but found this at the console:

 qat_ocf0: waiting for session un-busy failed
 qat_ocf0: unable to remove encrypt session
 qat_ocf0: waiting for session un-busy failed
 qat_ocf0: unable to remove encrypt session
