The machine worked for 2 weeks without panic.

Changed back kern.ipc.tls.cbc_enable=0 -> 1, a couple of days ago.

The machine today panics again at CBC related part of code
(ktls_ocf_tls_cbc_decrypt).

So, the cause might be something specific to CBC. (not a strong evidence
though.)
