There is no significant change with the reverted changes:

igb0
        Out6/Block:  [ Packets: 11                 Bytes: 896                ]
igb1
        Out6/Block:  [ Packets: 286                Bytes: 19938              ]

The only clue that it's pf is that "pfctl -d" brings it back to normal on the
patched versions as mentioned earlier.
