[Bug 254341] igb hung every 5-20 hours. ifconfig down+up solves the problem for next N hours

Were you able to do any of the above?  A dump from a recent version where I
have added the nvm prints would be helpful to me.

I would like to make some progress or close this out.  I don't doubt you've
seen an issue but the i350 is one of the most popular igb cards for FreeBSD and
we don't see other reports like this so it will be hard to move forward without
some help.
