[Bug 254341] igb hung every 5-20 hours. ifconfig down+up solves the problem for next N hours

watchdog dump on 14.1, before network hungs

pfctl -si 
netstat -m 
sysctl dev.igb.0.reg_dump 
sysctl -a | grep dev.igb
