IPX is not supported since FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE [1]. ATM is not supported since
FreeBSD 12 [2].

1. 2c284d939571 Remove IPX support
2. a7dc31283a05 Remove the NATM framework including the en(4), fatm(4),
hatm(4), and patm(4) devices.
