[Bug 254341] igb hung every 5-20 hours. ifconfig down+up solves the problem for next N hours

What if I just ask them to plug additional Ethernet cable to igb1 port without
switching igb0->igb1?
Real switch is a little bit complicated operation: connect via KVM, change
firewall rules and all config files, test, etc.
