The problem isn't in the rwlock code.  The value of the lock is RW_DESTROYED,
i.e., the lock is in an invalid state, and yet arptimer() is trying to lock it
anyway.  That represents a bug in the ARP/l2addr code.

Which revision of stable/14 were you running when the crash happened?
