Thanks.  I'd happily hack src/ later after I reduce my backlog,
but no time yet even to upgrade my laptop from 12.4-RELEASE to 14.3.

For now my shell fixes what I need, & more important than setting country,
it delays calling dhclient till after wpa_supplicant has associated.

I've wondered why others haven't suffered failing dhclient, Maybe
I have a wrong config or dhclient waits better on wpa_supplicant by 14.3.
