ah, i didn't realise this is only required for NFS 4.0 specifically, the
manpage just says it's for NFSv4 in general.

in that case i don't really care about this issue since i don't use NFS 4.0,
but perhaps the manpage could do with an update.  (i would do that myself, but
i'm quite busy with the 15.0 release and might not have a change any time
soon.)
