iperf3 target is a desktop running stable/14. Its interface is em0

The baremetal server is also a 'client' in this iperf3 context but its

The network 1GB all connected via 1GB switch.

The command used on the clients was iperf3 --time 60 -c 192.168.1.232

Using your command switches in place of the one I used, I get
