iperf3 tests on 13,14,15

I am running kvm on an older Xeon with 10-Gigabit X540-AT2 NICs. Its not the
fastest box, but here are some baselines attached from STABLE 13,14,15 guests
running iperf3
192.168.122.1 is the hypervisor
.13 = stable 13 
.14 = stable 14
.15 = stable 15

stable 15 is the king out of the box at least. If I disable tso on RELENG_15 it
performs much like the others. 
The 3 VMs are all on the same KVM box with no other VMs running at the time.
