# ifconfig lagg create laggport cxl0 laggport cxl1

# ifconfig lagg0 mtu 9000
# ifconfig cxl1 mtu 1500
ifconfig: ioctl SIOCSIFMTU (set mtu): Invalid argument
```

I think not allowing setting MTU from a port member is the right approach.

@Alan Do you remember your usage of that ( allowing setting MTU from a port
member ) ?
