The problem looks to still be present in 15.0-RELEASE. I booted the one system
experiencing this issue, a NUC8i5BEK, and when running 'jail -r <jail>, the
interface stops responding for several seconds while the jail shuts down and
the em0 interface is removed from bridge0. I can test this by pressing a key
several times in an SSH session and there will be no input/output until the
interface picks back up. Conversely, if I use net/intel-em-kmod, after
patching it slightly to make it work with 15.0-RELEASE, the hang does not
happen and you can type stuff while the 'jail -r' command is running.
