No change.  Network activity still stalls for several seconds while the bridge
membership is modified and epair0a is removed.  dmesg output is the same as
well.  I'll also note that jail shutdown takes longer, too, under the base
driver, while under the ports driver, it's maybe 2-3 seconds for the 'jail'
command to return.
