I can confirm this LOR is still actively triggering on the latest 16.0-CURRENT. 

Environment:
- Host: QEMU/KVM on AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX 
- Guest: FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT (amd64) with SMP (8 cores)
- Interface: VirtIO (vtnet0)
