Well, that's at least some good news :-)
If you can, try without actually using jailed=on or use a 'sleep 2' in the
exec.poststop or exec.release.
I think there is an issue with a reference to the dataset being kept just a bit
too long or the jail not waiting for something it better should when stopping,
but that is just a guess.
Maybe this deserves it's own bugreport, since it's most likely an issue not
linked to vlan/network.
