Test case for dying jail with nfs

The only thing that creates a dying jail that cannot be stopped I found so far
is using nfs inside a vnet-enabled jail with my previous patch applied.
I attached the configuration, steps to create the jail and output of procstat
-k 0 and others (ps, sockstat, fstat) in a zip file.
Spoiler: umount -f also does not resolve this one.
I can't spot anything suspicious here, so I am clueless...so I hope you'll be
able to get some useful information from this.
