I have attached the files I used.

Adding kld_list="e6000sw" to rc.conf worked.

I can ping www.google.com from the first PHY port (internal port 1 / externally
labeled port 0 / vlan port 0 to match the labels on the box)

I set this up as 4x4 to balance the load between ix0 and ix1.  Usually people
setup as firewall (with pfSense) as 1x7.  You can set it up anyway you want.
