That sysctl dump was from within the stall, interface was up but the
connectivity failed, had to restart network by hand to get it running again
(service netif stop; /etc/netstart).

Stuff below is after igc0 restart, got back up, but then I switched to ix0 and
put igc0 down, no reboot so maybe something interesting is still here. I am
working on ix0 right now. igc is extremely unreliable here and always craps
itself in the middle or work.. how this is frustrating on your own local
desktop now imagine you loose network on a remote machine.
