igc stall 20260810-0140

Another stall dump provided :-)

These commands seem to have invalid syntax? Could not run:
pciconf -W igc0 0x10 0x1520 0x00000001
pciconf -W igc0 0x10 0x1524 0x00000001

Tried these below with no success in bringing back the network traffic:
pciconf -w igc0 0x1520 0x00000001
pciconf -w igc0 0x1524 0x00000001

I cannot find e2aff50727cbe4cb5e99f825c2c6bd8a4915de67 could you please provide
url from cgit.freebsd.org or github?

I am working so far on the last branch here

so the dump is from the same setup as last time.
