[Bug 282496] PF source tracking counter wrapping around

Hi, I dug through (scratched the surface of) pf code and it seems that my
particular symptom is mitigated by the following naive patch:

there is, however something else going on, maybe as a result of my patch, at
some point, after a couple of days of running, pfctl -sS started reporting all
source nodes twice - once with a regularly looking set of state/connection
numbers and once with 1 state and 0 connections.
