[Bug 283795] ICMP echo requests from Windows hosts dropped when NAT'ed

After a comment on a related OPNsense forum thread, stating that this issue may
be fixed with OPNsense 25.7-RC2, I tested it again.

The referenced FreeBSD-src commit is:

"pf: fix ICMP ECHO handling of ID conflicts", e7abf8829d8d, from Damir
Bikmuhametov, Date 2025-06-26.

Using the test setup from Karsten Schmidt with FreeBSD 15 SNAPSHOT 2025-07-18
as router, it's now possible to ping using the same ICMP ID on two clients at
the same time.
