The latest upstream version of bibtexconv is 2.2.4.
Therefore, the port converters/bibtexconv needs an update.

This version provides some build improvements and fixes, particularly for
NetBSD, OpenBSD, and Solaris.

Fix: The updated diff file bibtexconv-2.2.4.diff is attached.
