Testcase: science/conduit

OPENMPI_CMAKE_ON=mpi:openmpi is supposed to set -DMPI_C_COMPILER:PATH=${MPICC}
etc, but it doesn't.

The OPENMPI_CMAKE_ON+= line has to add thee values in this port.
