Update to 3.5.0

Upstream renamed the D2Coding font to D2Koding due to license reasons.
Consequently, the x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-d2coding subport has moved to
x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-d2koding accompanied by an entry in the MOVED file.

Added subports:
- x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-annotationmono
- x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-googlesanscode

Changed licenses:
- x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-agave (MIT -> OFL11)
- x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-arimo (APACHE20 -> OFL11)
- x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-cousine (APACHE20 -> OFL11)

There's one weird thing in this patch: to move the d2coding subport to d2ko=
ding
I used

  git mv x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-d2coding x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-d2koding

from the ports tree root directory. At first this was recorded correctly as=
 a
"rename" operation from git, but after I finished the remaining work to upd=
ate
the port, git now records this as a "delete" for d2coding's distinfo and
pkg-plist and "create" for d2koding's Makefile, distinfo and pkg-plist. And=
 it
has "renamed" x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-d2coding/Makefile to the Makefile for the
new subport x11-fonts/nerd-fonts-annotationmono.

No malicious intend on my side, just git acting funky I guess.
