Thanks for an update.

- MASTER_SITES
  FC21_VERSION still remains. Replace it with DISTVERSIONFULL.
- DISTNAME
  ${DISTVERSIONPREFIX}${DISTVERSION} can be replaced with ${DISTVERSIONFULL}
for short.

The rest of the port looks good to me.
