patch against main mariadb java client to 3.5.10

Here is the patch against main for the precompiled mariadb java client jar.

I've changed a few things (nothing that major):

- now the .jar file is created without linking, without the filename having=
 the
version appended. This is to help those who just load whole directories of =
java
classes, and the version installed is in the pkg anyway, so it's redundant =
to
have it in the filename

- I have updated the pkg description to quote verbatim from the download si=
te,
but added "may work with other versions of java > 8"
