libvpl-tools1.6.0.patch

Libvpl-tools are utilities for libvpl. The Intel team has split the
command-line tools and the library into two repositories. This is the utilities
port. Version 1.6.0 is the latest release. You can see the release notes at the
following URL.

And a sample program, "sample_vpp", has also been updated to require GNOME
libraries. So, this port uses GNOME and related runtime libraries.
