Patch to update clamav from 1.5.2 to 1.5.4

This update does fix many CVEs.
I did build and run it on FreeBSD 14.4-RELEASE-p8 / amd64.

[email protected]: Could you please adjust the Summary from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4 and
also change the "Importance:" to "Affects Many People", and also add security
and patch into "Keywords:". Deleting your patch to 1.5.3 would also be nice, as
it gives less confusion to somebody using it.

This may help that someone is submitting this patch into the ports tree, as it
seems that this port does not have a maintainer at the time.
