databases/lightningstream creation

You're completely right — pdns is indeed much more appropriate than bind as the
default user, given that PowerDNS Authoritative Server is the primary use case
for Lightning Stream and manages those LMDB files.

I have updated the RC script to use pdns:pdns by default. Users syncing LMDBs
for other applications can easily override lightningstream_user and
lightningstream_group in /etc/rc.conf.
