Hi, libvpl has just been committed. So let's move on here.

Just one comment:
- libgtkmm-4.0.so and libgtk-4.so in LIB_DEPENDS can be replaced with
USE_GNOME=gtkmm40 gtk40.

The rest of the port looks good to me.
