Is your multimedia/handbrake port version 1.11.2 revision 2?
Since port revision 2, Handbrake has changed to refer to libvpl.
So it should not build oneVPL.

if, as you say, oneVPL is deprecated?

Sorry, I forgot to update the VPL option message.
I have to fix it as in the attached `handbrake_vpl_desc.patch`.
