v2.2.0 has been out for more than six months (see
https://pecl.php.net/package/amqp)
This version also supports php 8.5 (which in the current [2.1.1] port is marked
is IGNORED, along with php 8.6 [have not tested whether it works on php 8.6, as
it is still na alpha version, so in my patch it stays ignored]).

Builds ok without any changes, tested on php 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5.
