New port: sysutils/scry

New port for Scry, a terminal file browser and recursive finder with local and
SSH/SFTP filesystem browsing, List and Tree views, Exact and Fuzzy search, and
metadata inspection.

The port has been tested successfully with poudriere on FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE-p5
amd64.

sysutils/scry/pkg-descr

The attached git-format patch also adds sysutils/scry to sysutils/Makefile.
