mail/rspamd: committer needed for a tiny modification after maintainer timeout

I have provided a patch for starting rspamd *after* the database of choice:

-# REQUIRE: LOGIN redis
+# REQUIRE: LOGIN redis keydb valkey

I incorporated https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=282443 from October last year into my patch  https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=287828 from June, 26th

Could someone be so kind and commit 287828 (and close both 287828 and 282443)?
