FreeBSD Port: pg_cron-1.6.5

Dear maintainer,
pg_cron version in ports does not compile with FreeBSD 14.3.
I pulled a fix in mai repository (https://github.com/citusdata/pg_cron) and with new version all works well.

Could you update ports?
