missing distfiles on distcache.f.o

hi,

while rebuilding ports for 15.0-RELEASE, i noticed some missing
distfiles:

from sysutils/edk2@bhyve:
fetch: http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/ffce430d2b65d508a1604dc986ba16db3583943d.patch: Not Found

from graphics/gd:
fetch: http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/libgd-2.3.3.tar.xz: Not Found

and from multimedia/jellyfin:
npm error request to https://github.com/eligrey/classList.js/archive/1.2.20180112.tar.gz failed, reason: getaddrinfo EAI_ADDRFAMILY github.com

this breaks ports builds for IPv6-only hosts, particular for ports which
are distributed via legacy hosts like GitHub.  i'm not sure where is the
right place to report this, but hopefully someone who reads this list can
take care of it.
