Choosing to continue to use port-packages built for
FreeBSD 13 on FreeBSD 14 --mixed with having other
port-packages that were built for FreeBSD 14-- is
likely rather unusual.

Leaving FreeBSD 13 port-packages installed on
FreeBSD 14 is not something pkg was designed to do.
Given the tooling, maintaining having such a mix
might be an effort of itself vs. a round of getting
everything to be based on FreeBSD 14 port-packages.
