Binutils Gold

Our binutils upsteam have deprecated and removed gold from binutils. A 
number of LLVM ports have a GOLD option. In addition a few other ports also 
use gold. I'd like to suggest removal of the GOLD option from the LLVM 
ports and deprecation of other ports that used ld-gold.

Thoughts anyone?
