The latest nvidia-{driver,kmod}-580* on pkg.freebsd.org are

nvidia-driver-580.105.08       NVidia graphics card binary drivers for hardware OpenGL rendering

nvidia-kmod-580.105.08.1500068 kmod part of NVidia graphics card binary drivers for hardware OpenGL rendering

There's no 580.95 there.
