distcache server not working

Can anyone confirm distcache server problem:

=> Attempting to fetch
http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/eb/appendix/daijirin-2.0.tar.gz
fetch:
http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/eb/appendix/daijirin-2.0.tar.gz:
Internal Server Error
=> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
