releng/15.0 dvd1.iso files included the devel/git@lite package for (at 
least) Tier-1:

stable/15 does not yet include x11/kde or x11/plasma6-plasma:

I expect x11/kde to reappear (in lieu of x11/gnome) when FreeBSD 
Installer gains integration with the desktop script.
