[PATCH] databases/redisjson: Request maintainership of unmaintained port

I'd like to request maintainership of databases/redisjson.

The port is currently unmaintained ([email protected]) and has accumulated 34 PORTREVISION bumps with no active maintainer tracking upstream changes or reviewing the Cargo crate dependencies.

Current port version: 2.0.8
Upstream (RedisJSON/RedisJSON on GitHub) has continued development since this version was last updated.

I plan to:
- Update to the latest upstream release
- Refresh CARGO_CRATES to current dependency versions
- Monitor upstream for future releases and security patches
- Respond to PRs within the 14-day window

I'll submit a formal patch via Bugzilla once my account is activated (request pending with bugmeister). In the meantime, I wanted to signal intent on the mailing list.
