INDEX-14 build failed

Hello folks,

I cloned ports tree with git and run make index. Index build is failed 
twice with the same message on March 20 and March 23.

make[4]: don't know how to make describe. Stop.
===> japanese/ebview-gtk2 filed.
*** [describe.japanese] Error code 1

make[1]: stopped making "describe" in /usr/ports

Besides, INDEX-14 from official ports repository is date to March 19, 
which it is the last working copy.

Can anyone remind the ports maintainer or a ports commiter fix the issue 
please?
