Resurrecting old port by yuri (carla) and adding new port (entropuypianotuner)

Hello everyone,

Please be patient with me - these are my first attempts to port and I'm 
grateful for any pointers to improve.

1. Attempting to resurrect one of yuris ports

    I have attempted to resurrect a port that was deleted on 2025-06-01.

    This was a port by yuri named audio/carla and the reason it was
    deleted was that it had a runtime dependency to py-pylibio.

    The upstream has since changed version from v2.4.9 to v2.5.10 and I
    did a quick hack to yuris latest Makefile and just removed the one
    line that referenced the dependency.

    The port built ok on FreeBSD15 and I can confirm that it is working
    with Qtractor.

2. Adding a new port

    I have also a while back made an attempt to port a software that
    uses entropy calculations too tune a piano. If anyone would be kind
