problem compiling net/libpfctl

hi,
I’m trying out a recently upgraded host to 15.1, and having
problems compiling /usr/ports/net/lib/pfctl:

bhv-15-1# make

===>   libpfctl-0.17 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
=> libpfctl-15.1_4.tar.gz is not in /usr/ports/net/libpfctl/distinfo.
=> Either /usr/ports/net/libpfctl/distinfo is out of date, or
=> libpfctl-15.1_4.tar.gz is spelled incorrectly.
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped making "all" in /usr/ports/net/libpfctl
