Email from portscout for ports@FreeBSD is bouncing

Hello.

Since emails from portscou for ports@FreeBSD are being distributed to this mailing list, it seems that all subscribers are receiving them.
However, I, as one of the subscribers, have caused that email to bounce several times.
As for this, which side is at fault? Is it mine?
