Looking for committer for port update

Hello,

recently my new port (emulators/fab-agon-emulator) was committed into
the ports tree. Unfortunately, the builder runs 16.0-CURRENT, and the
port does not build at 16.0 (due to the missing "cd" program) so the
package never was built (and, hence, never appeared in the repo) and I'm
getting fallout messages all the time.

The patch here https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=296905
fixes this and allows port to be built on 16.0-CURRENT (I have set up
bhyve VM and verified that build succeeds).

Would any committer be so kind as to look at it? Thanks in advance!
